Firmware Update preventing devices from connecting

Since the firmware automatically updated I can no longer find my printer and my NAS id discoverable but without connectivity to the network.
I have tried resetting the device and reinstalling a back up and gone through all and any other variables, if it were one device then I would not be looking at the router but both......
However, I note on TP's site that it states you cannot downgrade the firmware from this version in order that I can prove or disprove my theory that it is the new firmware - why would this be?
Any other ideas?

Hello @jw390898
Thank you very much for reporting an issue with the router.
Our development team has provided an open public beta firmware to help locate and resolve the issue, and I've updated it in the following thread. Please install the beta firmware on your AX6000 and enable the Antivirus to check if it fixes the issue:
Devices Fail to Access the Internet After Updating Archer AX6000 V2 Firmware to 1.2.1
If the internet still doesn't work properly after installing the above beta firmware, please check if QoS is enabled on the AX6000 V2 but without a specific bandwidth configuration. Ensure the bandwidth is set correctly as per your requirements, or disable QoS to see if that resolves the issue.
If the problem persists, please post a screenshot of your QoS settings on the AX6000 for further investigation.

@Kevin_Z I have applied the firmware.
After doing so I monitored clients as they were being added by the router and it was an Operation Failed notification keep coming up at the bottom of the screen.
There is connectivity again with the Nas, via the Synology browser, however, I am still getting nowhere with my Brother 5100 network printer being discoverable.

@jw390898 Have you tried to restart all the network devices, including the AX6000, NAS, and Brother 5100 printer?
Meanwhile, please check if QoS is enabled on the AX6000 but without a specific bandwidth configuration. Ensure the bandwidth is set correctly as per your requirements.
