Model: VX230v
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

I just bought this VX230v to replace my Sky/NOW Broadband router.  However, I don't have any option to select Sky OR NOW when using the Quick set-up.

I can create an ISP Config manually, but only get IPoA and not MPoA, which I believe Sky/Now require?

Is there any way I can use this router, or should I return it?

  @David-TP   Thanks for your quick response.  I had done a fair amount of research and seen the SKY(MER) and Option 61 info, but my ISP Profiles didn't seem to include either of these.

However, the router managed to connect without any isseus using the "ipoe_ptm_101_0_d" ISP Config:

So everythinhg is good.  I switch to Onestream next week, so hopefully that will be as easy to set up.

Next issue is inability to find my EAP225 access points using the Easymesh set up, but I'll create another thread for that

  @Rich----

Hi, have you ever been informed of the possible internet connection types?

I think you can try the SKY MER profile and add your SKY username and password.

Best regards.
