i try to connet my network if it's successful connect after within few minutes its poweroff automatically 

it's can't power on after 

untill manual power on

Does the wireless network/SSID of the AX72 Pro disappear after being connected for a while? How does the wired connection behave? Does a device connected via Ethernet still access the internet? What is the LED status on the router during this issue?

 

If the wired connection also fails and the internet LED on the AX72 Pro turns orange, this indicates that the internet service is unavailable. Please check that the Ethernet cable is intact and properly connected to the ISP modem. Additionally, ensure you have a stable connection from your internet provider.

 

If the issue is with the AX72 Pro, please follow these troubleshooting suggestions to optimize the connectivity.
