Have Model P300 Power Strip which has suddenly stopped working. 
 

The 'surge protection' light is on however after multiple attempts and resets the wifi light does not flash. 
 

I have done the following:

1. Reset router

2. turned power off and on

The boy says that the wifi light should flash orange and white - nothing

it says to remove device - nothing 

any help would be appreciated or is the plug cactus and I need to buy something else?
