Today I got a new connection from a local ISP. Everything was fine.

 

In the evening I face a problem.

 

I am using Deco X60 as my router. I found that the ISP technician has set up my Deco without the app. As a result, I cannot log in to the Deco app.

 

Everything is running fine, but I just cannot get into the app.

 

Any solution?

  @mishukx Is the Deco owned by you or by the ISP?

Hi, Deco usually needs to be set up via the Deco APP. I think the ISP technical support might set it up under his account.

By the way, can I have a screenshot of the bottom product label on the Deco X60?

Thanks, buddies, for your responses.

 

I just solved the problem. As my ISP technician informed me, I need to install the Deco software over his installed one.  Or call the ISP for support. 

 

As I have some technical knowledge, I let myself give it a try.

 

And WHOLA! I simply RESET the Deco and install the software. 

 

So simple!
