H500 indicates that C225 doesn't work with Firmware in C225 and I have to update to latest version, but lataste version is on C225, (version 1.0.12 Build 250120) what can I do?

Tapo C225 V2 has not yet supported Tapo hub connection (wifi backup & video storage). For the latest product updates, please follow the new firmware releases, important updates will be listed in the firmware release notes.
