Hi everyone,

I’m having a serious issue with my Tapo RV30 Plus. It’s no longer charging or turning on. I’ve tried a number of troubleshooting steps but so far, nothing has worked. The vacuum is now completely offline and unresponsive.

Issue Summary:

• The vacuum won’t align properly with the dock and doesn’t charge.
• Dock’s LED indicator is blinking, but the vacuum stays uncharged.
• I manually placed the vacuum on the dock, still no charging.
• Cleaned the charging contacts on both the vacuum and dock with contact cleaner.
• Tried rebooting, but the vacuum couldn’t power on (last seen battery: 5%).
• Left it on the dock for over 30 minutes – still no response.
• Now the battery is completely dead and I can’t turn the vacuum on at all.

I’m not sure if this is a battery issue, a dock failure, or something else. Would appreciate any help or if anyone has faced a similar issue. Also tagging @TapoSupport in case official support can assist.
