Camera's status led has several states, all shown by a red color. If it's unclear what state the led indicator is in when a problem occurs, we cannot tell the camera's status by this factor.
In your case, we can try narrowing down the problem by checking the router's client list. Please confirm whether the camera is still connected to the router's Wi-Fi when the device goes offline — can you still see the camera in the router's online client list?
What's the hardware and firmware version of your camera? As you have mentioned the privacy mode, does the problem (camera turns offline) occur only after you exit the privacy mode?

The LED light is off.
From time to time i see a red light but this is not constantly
I cannot control the camera if i am on same wifi neither i can do remote
I already checked if i did istall the latest version to the camera

Can you try to wake up the camera by walking in front of it, then check what the exact LED status is when it shows offline? Is it solid red, quick flash red, or slow flash red?
Check if this camera still in the router's online client list when the problem occurs.
