I don't know the problem, but I get disconnected all the time with different devices. The TV the Apple TV, the phone, the iPads, the other TV, the other Apple TV, the third TV and so on, it's so annoying. And when I work at home, I can't even do basic stuff like sending an email because it's so slow and I have no slow connectio. The surveillance system just gets off-line all the time it's nothing wrong with the Internet. it's something wrong with your products.
   This is not all the time it happens sometimes I can't figure out why l, it's sometimes in the evening sometimes in the day sometimes and afternoon sometimes at night, I have no clue what it is, but fix it! Please!

Hi, can I have the firmware version of your Deco X55?

If it is V1, it is suggested to install the 1.6.7 version here first:Deco X50/X55_V1_1.6.7 Optimized the Client Network Stability

 

At the same time, can I have a screenshot of the network map on the Deco APP, such as:
