Archer be550 cannot replace Vodafone Station (Spain)

Hi,
I have a Vodafone Station (Sercomm) connected to an Alcatel g-010g-p ONT.
I need to replace the Vodafone Station with my Archer be550.
I have PPPoE credentials provided by the operator but I'm not managing to have the Archer connected to internet.
Can you please help me with the configuration?

Hi,
In addition to the PPPoE credentials some operators require "VLAN" IDs to be set. (on TP-Link routers that would be in the menu "IPTV/VLAN")
Since you are from Spain you might want to look at this website:

Could you check if the cable from the Alcatel g-010g-p ONT is an Ethernet cable? Please confirm the cable is connected to the WAN port of Archer BE550.
In addition, please check the details of network connection information. Including username, password, especially VLAN ID as woozle mentioned. If you need to add VLAN ID to router, please see: How to configure VLAN ID for your internet connection on wireless router
