Hello,
I am installing a Deco X50-5G. Everything works fine, I have internet connection. But when I insert a SIM card to use as Backup, I cannot unlock the card. I get the message "Managers cannot edit configuration settings". I have no mannagers confugured, and I am logged in as the owner in the app.
Any solutions ?

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
Did you set Deco X50-5G into "Wireless router" mode, then enable "4G/5G Backup"?
May I know your SIM card carrier?
Can I get a screenshot of the error message "Managers cannot edit configuration settings"?
A new firmware version, 1.2.1, has been released for Deco X50-5G. It is recommended to install this version to see whether it helps:

A new firmware version, 1.2.1, has been released...
Unfortunally, My region does not allow me to download this version. When I try to download from the site in you reply, I get warnings about ma warranty and damaging my Deco...

Thanks for the update.
Did you also help me submit the Deco APP log?
The firmware 1.2.1 should work for your device. As this version was just released, a group of users might detect this version first, and it might take some time to be uploaded to the local website.
And have you tried to unlock the SIM card via mobile phone, then inserted it into the Deco X50-5G again?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

I cannot access the Web-UI of my Deco. After logging in I get stuck on a turning circle, and nothing happens anymore. So I cannot update the firmware.

Yes, but Orange España does not allow a SIM card without a PIN-code.
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@David-TP
I did the update, but the problem remains the same. Aditionally, I cannot select 4G/5G Backup anymore (or I can't find it).

Hi, thanks for the update.
Can you help me submit the Deco APP log as well?
Later, I might need to forward the APP log to the engineer for further assistance.
And can I also have a screenshot of the Deco APP>More> Operation mode?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.
