Problema con cámara Kasa Smart - luz roja parpadeando

Hola, tengo una cámara TP-Link Kasa Spot EC60 que no puedo configurar. La luz LED parpadea en rojo solamente, y no me permite conectarla con la app Kasa Smart. Ya intenté reiniciarla varias veces, pero sigue igual. Necesito ayuda para saber si hay alguna falla o cómo puedo restablecerla correctamente

The flashing red light on the camera means it has disconnected from the Wi-Fi network. Please ensure your router's Wi-Fi is working, and then you can try the following steps.
1. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for over 15 seconds to factory reset the camera.
2. When the LED is flashing red and green, you can refer to the following instructions to configure the camera.
