Changed owner but the network is not visible in the new owner's app

Hi,
I setup a network of all deco X10s around 10 decos. I have changed the owner and it was deleted from my account. When the new owner logged into his app. The network is not showing up and I have tried manually adding but still the same issue.
I have mailed the support team and it's been 5 days. Please advice me on how to add the network to the new owner.

Thanks for the update.
Resetting the Deco and setting it up under the new ID would be the simplest solution for now.
And a new firmware 1.2.0 was released for Deco X10 a few days ago. It is also suggested to update to this version to see whether it helps:
Deco X10_1.2.0 Added VPN, IoT network and Wi-Fi Access Control

Is the community registration email your new TP-Link ID?
When you log into the new ID, will Deco APP pop up a notice to "bind the network"?
Are all the Deco X10s solid green? or blinking blue?
A simple solution would be to reset the Deco units and set them again under the new email ID.

Thank you for replying. All the decos are working as intended and solid green. The new TP link id I've transferred to doesn't get the bind button.
Is resetting all the decos the simplest solution?
