  @Alphaque

Update:

The official version has been released to fix the issue of clients not showing up in the client list.  You can try to install the latest 1.2.1 version here:

Deco X10_V1_1.2.1 Added VPN Kill Switch and Improved Overall Network Performance

@ConcernedUser Hi, if you haven't installed the 1.2.0 version here, it is suggested to update to the latest 1.2.1 version directly.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

After the firmware was updated to 1.2, the initial problem was that the information displayed by the DECO APP was incorrect (only 2 out of 6 clients were online, but all 6 clients could connect to the Internet normally).

After restarting all DECO devices, the situation got worse, and all clients showed offline (in fact they were connected).

I have tried turning off the power and restarting it, logging out and logging back in to the DECO APP, and uninstalling the deco app and reinstalling it.

But the situation is still the same, currently all clients can connect to the network normally, but no client can be seen in the deco app.

sad

  @David-TP Does the x10-4g (x1500-4g) fall under that category?

The current version is 1.0.5 Build 20240821 Re. 41763, will it get the "new" features same as the other x10 series decos?

  @deco65

Hi, thanks for the feedback.

Can I have the current Deco APP version?

Could you please refer to this link to submit the Deco APP log: How to submit Deco APP log

-Please also attach some screenshots of the "Online List" together with the APP log.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

  @David-TP

Deco APP ver 3.9.42

Sorry, I can't provide relevant logs.

After a few hours of trying various methods, I deleted the entire mesh network (all Deco devices were restored to factory settings) and created a new one.

Now I can see the clients in Deco APP,but there are still some small issues.

The Deco app may occasionally show that it cannot detect the Deco device (but the network is functioning normally).

The client device name would occasionally display incorrectly after being set.

  @David-TP

The same situation happened again.

After the newly established MESH network had been operating normally for several hours, the client online list was "frozen" again.

Previously, after upgrading the firmware to version 1.2, it worked normally for a few hours, and then the client online list was "frozen".

"Frozen" means that the client's online status is no longer updated and remains in the same state.

Even if a new client is turned on and connected or an old client is disconnected from the network, the list will always show the same status.

Restarting the entire network did not solve the problem.

( All other functions of DECO are normal )

( System log has been attached via DECO APP )

  @athafoud

Hi, thank you for your time and patience.

Based on my experience, the Deco gateways, like Deco-DSL/4/5G models, their firmware release cycle usually take longer than the standard models.

I see the latest version for Deco X10-4G is 1.1.1 Build 20241015 Rel. 76741. Maybe you can update to this version first:

Best regards.
