Model: Archer MR400
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 230511 Rel.58510n

I want to report that my MR400 v4.3 reported the firmware update from version "1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 230511 Rel.58510n" to version "1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 240719 Rel.49247n".

After the update the device started to work badly. I had to restore the firmware and perform a factory reset.

Has anyone encountered the same anomaly?

Hi, thanks for the update.

As version 1.4.0 has been released for about a year, I haven't seen similar feedback before. I wonder if it might be an individual case, not related to the firmware.

Later, if you plan to update to 1.4.0 again, please help me save a copy of the system log as well as some screenshots of the "internet status" settings when the same issue started again:

Best regards.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

Have you already successfully reverted to "1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 230511 Rel.58510n"?

What happened after you updated to 1.4.0? Did the 4G service become unstable, or did the network speed drop a lot?

It would be highly appreciated if you could add more details.

Thanks again and best regards.

Yes, I have already successfully reverted to version "1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 230511 Rel.58510n".
After the update, the pages were displayed incorrectly and did not respond to commands. Also, with the quick setup, it could not connect to the 4G network.
