1. Make sure the doorbell notification feature is enabled. How to configure the Notification feature for the Tapo & Kasa devices on the Tapo app
2. Make sure the relevant app permission is enabled for the Tapo app on your phone. What can I do if I cannot receive my doorbell ringcall notifications?

- Check the notification schedule (doorbell Device Settings page > Notifications) set for your doorbell. Is it set to Always and repeated every day?
- Make sure the phone is not in the silent or Do Not Disturb mode.
- Check if the Do Not Disturb mode is enabled in the Tapo app for your devices: open Tapo app, go to Me page, click Notifications, choose Do Not Disturb.
