My both deco M5 is not updating to latest firmware version 1.7.12 Build 20250402 Rel. 69733 via app or web online upgrade saying update failed/ file too large . when i try for local upgrade there is no latest file in deco support website also my model in website says 3.20 while the bottom of tp link on the tag says 3.28 which one should i be downloading as downloading wrong firmware might damage or void my warranty

Can I have a screenshot of the error message?

"via app or web online upgrade saying update failed/ file too large"

I noticed the 1.7.12 seems to be a customized version and has just been released to the IN codes. It might take a while to be uploaded to the local official website.
