Model: Tapo C460 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.5

I had problems with the network connection and indicated in my AP that the C460 could only connect via 2.4Ghz. Then it disconnected and did not want to log in to the WiFi network anymore. I reset the camera. First 15 sec. to reset the WiFi settings, but that did not work. Then 30 sec reset back to the factory settings. But I could not log it in to my WiFi network anymore. Now I have 2 WiFi networks and I took the 2nd network and it wanted to log in there immediately. Why can I no longer log in to the 1st WiFi network?

Hi,

I can connect to the camera network at the beginning of the installation. Then I give the name and password from my first wifi network (what I used before) and the camera is not found. There's a screen on that moment what ask to try again or cancel the installation. When I give the name and password from the second wifi network, he's connected immediately. I'm afraid to do the test again. Maybe he won't connect to both networks anymore.
