Contact sensor how do I turn 1 minute notification off?

I've installed the contact sensor to set an alarm when my warehouse door is open for more than 5 minutes. This is set up with a automation for 5 minutes to trigger the alarm and send me a notification. The problem is it's also sending me a notification when the door is open for 1 minute, there is not other automations set only the one for 5 minutes. How do I turn the 1 minute one off?
