Tapo H500 Compatible Camera List
Hello,
I have just purchased the Tapo H500. It only works with the Tapo D210 doorbell.
In addition, I have the following cameras:

Tapo C520WS v1 (fw 1.2.11 Build 250331) – According to support, it has the latest firmware and is listed as supported. Why can’t it be paired?

Tapo C110 v2 (fw 1.4.4 Build 241128) – I’m waiting for a new firmware update in July, which should resolve this issue.

Tapo C320WS v1 (fw 1.4.1 Build 250106) – Support is unfortunately only listed from version 2. Is there any chance that version 1 will be supported as well?

Tapo C520WS V1 1.2.11 does not support this feature. The supported firmware 1.3.3 has started to release, you may keep an eye on the new firmware notices on your device. The release scale will be expanded gradually, if the device hasn't receive this new version, please be patient.
For models not listed on the compatibility list, there are no plans in the short term. We cannot provide specific support information, you can monitor the list for any updates.

I would like to sincerely commend your team on their excellent work.
Today, two more of my C110 cameras received the necessary update to connect to the H500, even though it was originally promised for July. The same happened with the C520WS v2 camera, which also had its update scheduled for July, but the firmware is already available.

Hello,
good job, my C520WS received an update and now I have it connected to the H500. Everything works perfectly. I'm still waiting for the update for the C110 v2, which is supposed to come in July.
Is there any chance that there will also be an update for the C320WS v1, or should I purchase another model?
