Dear concern, I have started using BE65 and my Samsung S24 Ultra can't see 6GHz network anyway.

 

Also it doesn't connect 5Ghz. Always connect 2.4GHz. I use a trick which only works to get MLO network (make my phone airplane mode on and turn off wifi and everything and restart and turn on wifi and now it can see the MLO network). But sadly if i go outside home and when I return it doesn't get any MLO or 6Ghz and not even 5Ghz.

 

I'm seriously fraustrated because other Apple products were normal but only my Samsung S24 Ultra having this issue. I tried with my friends S22 Ultra and same issue continues.

 

Can I get a solution like custom firmare or anything to solve ?

  @MMK_BD If you are from Bangladesh or any other country which can allow only channels 149, 153, 157, 161 and 165 on 5 GHz and 6 GHz and if you bought your Deco system outside your country which does'nt allow these channels so you can't able to see 5 GHz and 6 GHz on Android devices. You can check your 5 GHz and 6 GHz wifi channels by using WiFi Analyzer App on your iphone to see which channels you Deco system is using. Always buy products from local market within your country because they are based on country rules and regulations.

  @ARGamingPK1 yes you're right. I'm from Bangladesh and I purchased Deco BE65 from Saudi Arabia and my cellphone from UAE. Here in Bangladesh, still BE65 model unavailable so I thought to buy and try the latest WiFi 7.

 

However, only Deco / Tplink with Samsung hasn't have good relationship and always got some issues otherwise i tried other brands like Asus , Google etc. Which were so good and never bothered me either I got it locally or globally. Well I wish I could picked the Asus that time. I hope here I will get some solution because I remember Deco E4/M4 has similar which was solved by custom firmware.

 

I wish I will be lucky this time also. I hope for the best. Thanks for your suggestion. I'll download and try wifi detection on apple and see which channels they're using. Latest firmware of BE65 has options to use specific channels which I also checked but failed. Let's see again.

  @MMK_BD You have to remove other Deco units from your Deco system and just connect the BE65 and change the channel from the Deco App and use 80 MHz which is better to provide better performance and then connect other Deco units which are older models. Can you share a screen shot of your Deco system topology.

  @ARGamingPK1 I have 3 deco BE65 satellite and sold old deco e4.

 

There's one with wired backhaul and other by wifi (high capacity).

 

Well I tried with 6Ghz with channel 80 but no use and couldn't find by my Samsung S24 ultra.

 

I'm attaching my main deco details here

  @MMK_BD BE65 Wifi-7 Support Router And Wifi-7 Meaning 6ghz Not Allowed at Bangladesh Government.
