Hi everyone, I own a Deco X20 AX1800 Mesh System, and I am trying to enable IPv6 and after enabling it, the router is unable to give IPv6 Addresses on the network. The ISP supports IPv6, I have confirmed from them. The ISP's modem is on bridge mode and the main control is through PPPoE on my Deco X20. The Log is attached. I've only changed my IP address in the logs to 'xxx.xx.xxx.xx' but the actual IP address is there in the original logs, everything else is unchanged. Please help.

According to my analysis (which is not very good, I'm very basic in networking), the issue is this line:
add_ifprefix: invalid prefix length 64 + 16 + 64

But I'm not sure, and neither do I know how to resolve it. All help is appreciated!

  @audacityedits You can use Deco X20 into AP Mode.

Hi, did you use PPPoE connection for both IPV4 and IPV6?

-Have you tried to leave IPV4 on PPPoE only and set IPV6 connection type to "Bridge" mode?

 

-Or it is also suggested to manually input the PPPoE username and password again, instead of ticking "sync IPV4 account"

 

By the way, can I have your internet service provider?

  @ARGamingPK1 I'm aware, but I prefer using this in router mode and accessing everything from the app.

  @David-TP Yes, I'm using PPPoE for both.

I have not tried bridge mode, I will try that and let you know how that goes.

I have already entered the PPPoE username and password again into IPv6 instead of having "Sync IPv4 account". With that option enabled, it was even more messed up, even IPv4 couldn't connect.

My ISP is Transworld.

  @David-TP Enabled Bridge mode, doesn't seem to change anything. Still don't get IPv6 connection on my devices.

I haven't found any IPV6 configuration-related guide on the Transworld site. Could you please help me run a simple test:

 

Then check whether the laptop can receive proper IPV4 and IPV6 addresses.
