hi, 

today my new wifi adapter ame through for my laptop as it started having netwrok issues i went through various proccesses and couldnt fixes so decided based off of someone elses recommendartion to get a wifi adapter for it. i inctall the files for the driver however when it takes me through the setup it doesnt recognise that its plugged in altough my laptop does recognise it. anyone experience a similiar issue or know how to fix would be much appreciated

Please tell me what the operating system is?  If there is any error message, please take screenshots with error message.

 

Is it a new network adapter? If you failed to install driver, please refer to What should I do if I cannot install the driver of TP-Link Network Adapter in Windows computer?

Hi,

 

According to my experience Windows 11 should automatically install drivers for an Archer T3U or wn-823N on its own.

 

Can you please check in the Device Manager of Windows whether there is already a driver installed for the Wi-Fi adapter or not?
