I have a Deco network consisting of three PX50 and one BE25. I got a message to update firmware. When I initiated Deco update using the iOS app, I get the error message that no Decos are found. On the second or third attempt, the app finds my PX50 but tells me my system is up to date.

 

However, the update process no longer lists my my Deco BE25 in the update section as it use to. My BE25 is showing up fine on my network map and it functions properly. 

 

I think something may have changed with the last update to the Deco app to stop the my BE25 being listed in the system update process. Any idea why? The BE25 is V1 with firmware 1.0.17 Build 20250403 Rel. 13304. The Deco app is up to date and the network is in AP mode but changing to router mode makes no difference.

"Initiated a Deco update using the iOS app, I get the error message that no Decos are found". This is because when the device is ongoing an update, it will proceed to reboot. Deco APP will not be able to connect with the Deco unit in the meantime. After the unit rebooted, it meant the update had been done.

  @Networ_kHunter What I mean is, when the update looks for Decos on the network, it used to list the PX50 and the BE25 and whether they needed an update. It's now not listing the BE25. Also, it isn't always listing any Decos.

Hi, thanks for the feedback.

1.0.17 Build 20250403 Rel. 13304 is the latest official firmware for Deco BE25(EU)_V1. Your Deco BE25 is already on the latest firmware. So does the Deco PX50.

 

Can I have a screenshot of "Update Deco" under Deco APP>More>System?

 

And the latest Deco IOS App is 3.9.115. Are you on this version?

  @David-TP I am running the latest version of the app and here is a screenshot from the update process. I am about to replace the PX50 units with three new BE68 for a review. I'll see if that changes the update issue.
