I have 100 and 200 hubs as connected devices but they do not ring when the doorbell is pressed.

Make sure the hub has been added as the Pair Chimes (doorbell Device Settings > Doorbell > Paired Chimes) of the doorbell.

Make sure the hub has been added as the Pair Chimes (doorbell Device Settings > Doorbell > Paired Chimes) of the doorbell.
