I have reset camera but still not tracking. It's static. My camera is picking up motion but not following the person as they walk by. I have reset pan and tilt, but still not working? Any ideas pl.
Ensure the tracking feature and the corresponding detection type (motion or person) are both enabled.
Verify whether the detection feature functions correctly. If the camera cannot detect the events, then the tracking won't work either.
Does the camera move when you try to control it manually? How about during the Pan & Tilt Correction?
