Ax58 Firmware Update with AX53
Hi
So I have both the Ax58 and Ax53 routers at home. They work in a mesh with Ethernet backhaul.
During this year, several beta firmwares have been released to make Ethernet backhaul work on both the ax58 and ax53.
The latest beta which I successfully flashed on both routers was 1.4.3 Build 20250314 rel.78903(4555)
A few days ago, I noticed that my Ax53 finally got a new official firmware 1.4.4 Build 20250603 rel.74380 but the firmware file says "ax53-v1-only". Does this mean that, contrary to the beta firmware, this file can't be flashed on the ax58?
I really wanted to have both routers updated to the latest firmware.

I'm glad it finally worked.
In some cases, the firmware between these two models is compatible. However, before updating the firmware, we would like you to consult with us as usual. To avoid any changes that may cause incompatibility between the two firmwares.
