1.4.0 build 20241212 rel. 48194 breaks 160Mhz Channel width selection
Had this firmware get pushed from the app. Expected some LONG awaited features and fixes but was instead disappointed to find out it has actually removed the ability to select 160Mhz Channel width and forced my 3 Deco X60's to use 80Mhz.
Please advise.

@David-TP I appreciate the reply. Im actually having a different problem (Having a problem with X60 not showing Connection Preference when paired with my XE75 network) that i saw in a closed post was potentially resolved with a Beta.
If you prefer, i can open a new post (but it would be kind of repeated). Could you possibly DM me?
Thanks!

Hi, as Deco X60_V3.0 is only advertised as AX3000(4* 4 MU-MIMO 80MHz on 5GHz/2 * 2 MU-MIMO on 2.4GHz), it is not supposed to have 160MHz over 5GHz. The last firmware 1.3.0 accidentally introduced an option to enable 160MHz by mistake, which actually didn't take effect, so later it was removed in 1.4.0.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Hi, has your Deco X60_V2 been updated to 1.6.1?
The beta firmware is still on 1.5.3.
If you want to install the beta firmware, you need to run a firmware recovery on Deco X60_V2.
The beta firmware only supports selecting the preferred signal source for satellite Deco units, and it doesn't allow setting the preferred Deco and WiFi band for mobile clients.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.
