Chromebooks fully support Android apps. I do run a lot of Android apps in the Android layer of my Chromebook.

It is however not possible to install it from the play store. I get the error "the TP-Link Tapo app from TP-LINK SYSTEMS INC is not available on Google Play for your device."

I can install and tun the Ring security app and the Eufy app on my Chromebook Android. I already use the Smartlife app for toher smart devices on my chromebook Android. All your competitors support Chromebook Android.

Please simply make the app available for Android on Chromebooks.

Please note that this is not Windows 10/11, MacOS or Linux. It is really the Android layer embedded in/on Chromebooks.

I have a Chromebook book I purchased about a year and a half ago and it let me install the Tapo camera app. I bought another Chromebook just recently, the exact same model and it won’t let me install the app. The software is a newer version. The app needs to be updated to work with the updated software. This is ridiculous.
