Hi. I need to setup my C410 without any kind of internet connection. I wiil record on local micro sd and I don't need any cloud or online recording or connection.

The camera cannot be installed without WiFi. After the setup, the camera can continue to operate when WiFi and internet are both down. However, if you want to access the camera (watch livestream or playback), then the wifi is required. You will need to connect your phone to the same WiFi network that this camera is connected to, in this way, you can see the camera again within the Tapo app.
