I've been using decoders for months. I have two units, and as of today, no device has connected to my satellite decoder. I've tried restarting everything, reconfiguring the network, and flipping the decoders, but it still doesn't work. When I select satellite connection preference, it simply won't let me connect from that client.

Is the satellite Deco X20 connected to the main Deco X20 via an Ethernet cable?

May I know how long you have had the Deco?

Have you tried to set the satellite Deco X20 as the main Deco, then check whether mobile devices start connecting to this Deco:

How to replace the main Deco with another Deco
