I found that hub H200 cannot setup static ip. Is it possible to get some help, or request the feature in the next firmware update?

This feature is not supported on the H200. You can raise a Feature Request post for it, but it is not something that can be implemented in a short time.
The product team will review the feature requests regularly, hot topics with detailed background information (e.g., use scenarios, reasons why you want or don't want a particular feature, etc) will be prioritized for evaluation.
