Problem setting up Nord VPN

Hello,
Having a problem setting up Nord VPN. When I choose a configuration file (created at NordVPN.com), Deco rejects it with a message that 'Description Already Exists'. This happens with UDP and TCP protocols. I have no idea what that means and can't find a reference to it anywhere. When I check the VPN client settings it shows Nord VPN with a 'connecting...' message in green. The IP address still shows the address assigned by my ISP, ie no active VPN. I've repeated this process several times with newly generated configuration files with the same result.
Spending a lot of time spinning my wheels on this - need some help. Thanks.
Brent

Hi, may I know the model number and the firmware version of your Deco?
Can I have a screenshot of the error message"Description Already Exists"?
It is also suggested to send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following details:
Subject: [Forum Escalation][ID 835760] Problem setting up Nord VPN
- A copy of the OpenVPN config file
- A copy of the web UI system log:Deco web interface login
Wait for your reply.

Hi,
"Description Already Exists" sounds to me as if a VPN connection with the same description already exists on the Deco. If that was the case, then you would either have to use a different description for the new VPN connection or delete the existing VPN connection that already uses that description.

@woozle I'm having the same issue with the TL-WR3002X. I've called tech support but they couldn't help and said someone would call me back. That didn't happen either. Did you ever get an answer?
