Archer AX10 V1.0

Build 1.3.11

Used to work fine before. After upgrade i cannot reach home network devices. I can only reach the tplink router gateway.

vpn client >>>>>(modem on bridge mode)>>Tplink Router>>>> Nas Box

ive tried all the official support steps. Nothing worked.

I suspect VPN to Lan routing is broken.

Hello@Burnt_Toast ,

Welcome to our community.

Do you set VPN server on the router? Please tell me the type of VPN, OpenVPN or WireGuard VPN?

open-vpn setup on the TP link router. Non of the troubleshooting tips worked.

Ive imported the Config file onto my phone. I can connect to the VPN successfully but cannot reach home resources. No firewall in place. The only thing between my phone and my NAS box is the TP link router (and a modem which is in bridge mode).

Hi@Burnt_Toast ,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Have you checked if you changed the OpenVPN settings after the firmware update?

Please confirm the Internet and Home Network is selected if you also want the remote device to access internet through the VPN Server.

If it doesn't work, please downgrade the firmware to see if it can be resolved.
