Tapo C410 stopped charging from solar panel

From a day to another my Tapo camera stopped charging. On the long run I can see a slow discharging from the last 30 days even doe it was pretty sunny weather. The location of the panel has not been changed and there is no phisical damage on the panel. I've read some posts around here and now I'm trying to be in privacy mode for a day to see if this will help. I have anothe camera like this and I've tryied to plug it there and it is charging fine same as from outlet via cable. Any ideas ?

Check the suggestions here. What can I do if the Tapo Solar Panel fails to charge the Tapo battery-powered cameras?
You can try to narrow down the problem by performing some comparison tests, for example, whether the camera can be charged through a power adapter, whether the solar panel can charge other Tapo camera in the same location, etc.

@Wayne-TP Hello, I have made all the steps as in the instructions. The problem seems to be with this connector. Attached.I mean the Solar Panel connector because it is not charging my other camera as well. The adaptor seems working fine.
For warranty assistance, you may reach out to the retailer or local TP-Link support.

@Wayne-TP Hello, I will run some test later on today to see if the cable charges other cameras. The Camera itself can be charged by power outlet cable and other tapo solar panel. So the camera is ok for sure. I check the cabling and it seems to have water dmg I think but I will see further. Would water damage be covered by the warranty ?

Have all necessary waterproofing measures been implemented for the product? If not, hardware failures resulting from improper product installation are not covered by the warranty. How to connect Tapo Solar Panel to compatible Tapo devices with proper Waterproof Gasket
