Hello,
You say that everything is "back to normal". Does this mean that the 1.1.3 firmware is now free of problems?

Hi@Maciej,
It means downgrading to 1.1.2 can restore to normal.

Hello@Mtr77 ,
Thanks for contacting our community.
Have you also encountered 'new firmware 1.1.3 devices won't connect to wifi'? Is your BE550 working in wireless router mode or access point mode?
If it's in access point mode, please reset the router and then re-configuring it as an access point.
Downgrading to version 1.1.2 may also restore it.
If it's in wireless router mode, please let me know if your network topology diagram is as follows:
Super loop NBN—BE550—switch
(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )
For a wireless connection that is unstable:
1) Make sure the Router is properly placed; it should be put in an open area instead of inside a cabinet or shelf.
2) Change the wireless channel to another one. You may refer to Changing Channel and Channel Width on a TP-Link Router (new logo).
3) Change channel width to avoid interference. For 2.4GHz wireless client devices, adjust the 2.4GHz channel width to 20MHz; for 5 GHz wireless client devices, adjust the 5GHz channel width to 80MHz or 40MHz, etc.

@Joseph-TP After updating to 1.1.3, I did a factory reset on the router. Seems to be working now on all frequencies (2G, 5G and 6G). I disabled Smart Connect to make sure that I can connect to all frequencies separately.
Just an FYI.

@SmashedAtom My routers are US version. I was able to get them at TPLink US website, Under support. Mind you, TPLink's site normally redirects you to your local site based on your IP addess. I had to use a VPN in my case.
