Do you mean the 1.1.2 version causes the network to be unstable?

 

Does your BE550 work in Access Point mode?  Is it unstable only on the wireless connection, not the wired connection?

Would you mind trying to reset the router hard and configure it to be an Access Point again? 

A hard reset means that you need to press and hold the reset button until the LED blinks, resetting the router to its factory default settings.

 

ChuckLox has verified that this suggestion resolves the issue.


We're also awaiting the release of the new firmware. If there's any news, I'll update you here.

As far as I know, the new firmware should have been pushed out already. Please keep an eye out for new firmware updates.
If you haven't received a notification about the new firmware update yet, please don't worry, you will receive the notification soon.

Can you detect the new firmware? As I know, new version is 1.1.4 Build 20250813 rel.41793.

  @Joseph-TP got the update but same thing happened so had to revert back to 1.1.2 if you can put firmware back up for redownload I will make a back up( as forgot where I saved it to )then I'll reset and try again thank you

  @TheHypnooToad it's ok I've got the firmware again when I log back in will test with a reset and see if the 5ghz connection works as all devices on 2.4 worked after update the 5ghz didn't.

  @TheHypnooToad so the 1.1.4 has the same issue as the 1.1.3? 2G working and 5G not working? Unless a factory reset is done?

 

I've just tried to do a check update and none available.

  @ChuckLox for me yes I'm just about to do a reset so will let you know if that restores the WiFi back
