I recently purchased a M7350 mobile wi fi to run a Fire stick in our Caravan but when I link it it says no internet connection how do get an internet connection or have I bought the wrong product as the fire stick does not work

Have you already tried to connect something other than the Fire stick to the M7350? Like a smartphone or tablet or computer.
If not, then test if you get an Internet connection via the M7350 using another Wi-Fi client device and report back the results.
@woozle hi I have tried it on my I phone and it is the same says there is no internet
Could you please post a photo here that shows what is displayed on the small LCD screen of the M7350?
