Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve unusable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi:

1. Optimize Wireless Settings:
• Go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings.
• Try changing the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi channel to avoid interference from nearby networks. Channels 1, 6, or 11 are usually best.
• Set the 2.4GHz channel width to 20MHz, which can help reduce interference and improve stability for smart devices.

2. Router Placement:
Ensure your router is placed in an open area, not inside a cabinet or behind obstacles, to maximize signal coverage for all your devices.

3. Device Settings:
• Make sure your smart devices are not restricted by any Parental Control profiles on the router.
• Check that the firmware or software on your smart devices is up to date.
