My devices suddenly went offline and cannot reconnect to Wi-Fi, even though the signal is strong. I have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps.

Move the camera closer to the router, restart the camera then monitor whether it reconnects. 

 

If not, consider reset and reconfigure the camera. How to reset my Tapo camera

 

If you encounter any trouble configuring the camera, refer to the suggestions provided here. What should I do if I fail to configure the Tapo devices

I have to restart both for them to work.

 

However, with the C520WS, it disconnects every single day. I have to unplug it and then plug it back in before it reconnects, which is frustrating since the camera is installed outside.

 

Note: The connection should be strong, so I don’t think this is a Wi-Fi issue.
