VPN broken since last AX53 update
I can't seem to access local resources or internet since last firmware upgrade.
As a proof this is not connectivity issue attached a screenshot with my active connection (IPs are masked).

Have you checked the OpenVPN settings? Maybe the OpenVPN settings have changed after the firmware update.
Or, could you hard reset the router and configure it again for comparison?

@myul After updating the software to the new version 1.5.1 Build 20250721 (the previously installed version was 1.4.3 Build 20250314), my OpenVPN client also stopped connecting to the server. The same OpenVPN configuration file works without any issues on a computer, but on the router, it keeps endlessly reconnecting. On the previous firmware version, the same OpenVPN client configuration file worked without any problems as well.

For failed to use OpenVPN client, it is recommended to manually edit the . ovpn configuration file as below:
- Open the . ovpn file with a text editor (e.g., Notepad).
- Locate any lines that contain two consecutive hash symbols (##) with a line break between them.
- Delete these lines entirely.
- Save the file and re-import it into the router's OpenVPN settings.
