After latest firmware update, loses internet connectivity within a few hours
Until the last firmware update my Deco X50-5G seemed to work flawlessy with both 4G and 5G. Since the firmware upgrade to 1.2.1 Build 20250413 Rel. 44588 I now lose internet connectivity after a few hours of running ( typically 6 or 8 hours ). It I reboot then the connectivity returns for another few hours. The problem occurs both with 4G and 5G. Has anyone else seen this problem and does anyone have a solution?

Hi, thanks for the update.
A new 1.3.0 version was released a few weeks ago. It is recommended to manually update to this version to see whether it helps improve the network stability:
Deco X50-5G(EU)_V1_1.3.0 Build 20250724
By the way, may I know your SIM carrier?
Would Deco X50-5G turn red during the disconnection?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
In answer to your questions:
My SIm carrier is 02 UK
The indicator does turn red when it disconnects.
I will try out the new firmware.
Thanks

Hi David,
Unfortunately the new firmware makes no difference to the problem, I still lose internet connection after about 6 hours of running. Would a copy of the log be useful if I can catch it around the time that internet connection is lost?
Thanks
Mike
