I think this model doesn't have a power-off button or software option. Why do you need to power off the doorbell?

If you want it to stop operating, the Privacy mode feature should help. It will put the doorbell to sleep mode. Most features won't function when the doorbell is in privacy mode, such as liveview, detection, recording, notifications, etc. When someone presses the doorbell, the doorbell and its paired will still ring, unless they're disabled.
