Upon setting up my new device as the quick installation guide with my product, I am connected to the wifi router, there is no Internet access. Any ideas? I've reset my router a couple times and followed all the available advice on the quick installation guide.

Hi, may I know your SIM ISP?

Can I have a screenshot of the internet status on the web admin UI, such as:

Have you also tried the troubleshooting guide here:

No internet service on LTE Gateway Router
