Has anyone had any struggles logging into the management page? I've factory reset the router and it's still not working

Welcome to our community.
Have you tried to hard reset the modem as follows: How to reset TP-Link xDSL modem router to factory defaults.
If you reset it successfully, you will need to create a new password to manage the modem.
