Model: Archer NX600
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 3.0.0 v60c8.0 Build 240822 Rel.78050n

I have these two devices forming one EasyMesh network. Both are SW updated.

ID    Device Name    Model     Name            Firmware Version                            Latest Firmware
1    Archer NX600_A027    Archer NX600    1.1.0 3.0.0 v60c8.0 Build 240822 Rel.78050n    --
-2-    RE700x V1.0_8395    RE700X V1.0        1.3.10 Build 20250817 Rel. 63070            --

But i am detected in my recently bought Archer NX600, that connections from Tether App fails with a high ratio (higher than 50%) and with different messages (Connection not possible, wrong password, etc.) If i reattempt,
I could finally establish the connection. Also when connection is established, the ratio of lossing connection is quite high.

This problem is not happening from same mobile-tether app with the other device RE700X.

Do you have reference of this problem?

Thanks.

  @Jabato Hi, thank you very much for your feedback.

The connections from Tether App fails with a high ratio (higher than 50%) and with different messages (Connection not possible, wrong password, etc.) If i reattempt.

-Can I have some screenshots of the error message?

-"The connection", did you refer to the process from clicking the model number to entering the advanced settings of the router?

(It would be very helpful if you could record a short video clip of the whole processcool)

Thanks a lot.

Best regards.

  @David-TP

Connection is from Tether App for accessing to the advanced settings of my device.

I have a 5 minutes video where you can see the irregular that are the connections to my Archer NX600 compared with the other RE700X device, that never fails.

But only 10MB files are allowed here and my video is larger. If there would be one way to upload 46MB, i can try to share it.

Some screenshots of errors that appeared several times during those 5 minutes...

Thanks.

  @Jabato

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.

Did you still run into the reported issue here?

Have you tried to delete and install the Tether App again?

If we temporarily power off RE700x, will the connection to Archer NX600 from the Tether APP get improved?

By the way, have you ever bound the Archer NX600 and RE700X to the TP-Link cloud service?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

  @David-TP

It was two weeks that I tested last the situation.

So today i have restested again...
* With RE700X powered off, i tried to connected again from Tether App to my Archer NX600, and it was even more erratic or impossible. It was requesting even more the Archer NX600 password.

* So i have reintroduced again the router password, and now the connections have improved. I have tested several times, without apparentely previours errors.

* I have powered on also the RE700X, and it also goes fine (like always from my mobile and from my Tether App).

* So what can be the reason of the improvement?

1.- Reintroduce again the router password on Tether App? Previously the password change was also oftenly requested, but like skipping the change, connection was erratically established as denounced. But if password could be wrong, the connections should not be estableshed never.

2.- I see that my Tether App version is right now 4.12.28. Could have it be updated during these two weeks? My Apps are automatically updated on my Android, and i am not sure if i can check when it has been updated last.

And yes, i would say that both devices are bound to TP-Link cloud service. I have followed the Tether App integration for my TP-Link account, and added the two devices on my Tether App. Or what do you exactly mean with that bounding?

Anyway, let me tomorrow continue the testing to confirm the improvement.

Thanks.
