Could you tell me why you're adding Shadowsocks VPN Client instead of using a VPN that the Archer AX53 already supports, like WireGuard VPN?

I'm using a VPN service that not provide secure connection through WireGuard protocol. It's only have OpenVPN, PPTP and Shadowsocks settings for routers. I also have some troubles with OpenVPN connection like unstable connection and low speed with location that I need. 

 

Different VPN clients with Shadowsocks support (like Outline VPN) can help me to solve this problems.
