Firmware Version: idk

Hello, I need your help. My teenager constantly plays games at night and keeps me from sleeping. I've tried blocking his MAC in the router settings, but he constantly resets the router's settings to their factory defaults using a physical button, and as a result, the blacklist doesn't persist. Is there a way to ensure that the blacklist remains even after a reset to factory defaults? Alternatively, are there any other options to restrict his computer from accessing the internet?

Hello @OneQu1z ,

EC220-G5 is a customized device specifically designed for local Service Providers. Its software is tailored to meet the unique requirements of these providers, ensuring alignment with their specific needs. Due to the specialized nature of the firmware on your device, our ability to provide troubleshooting may be limited.

We can certainly offer some troubleshooting tips that may help resolve your issue. Please consider the following: How to use Parental Control function on Wireless router.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, we recommend contacting your Service Provider who supplied the device or local support, as they are best suited to provide the necessary assistance for your device.
