I recently changed to a MR500 router with a SIM card by Digi Portugal.

Now I have an issue that my TC65 camera is no longer acessible by sim data access.My cell phone sim card is also from digi. In the internal wifi that I share with the camera it also works fine. Another thing that I discovered is if I have a different cellphone hotspoting a sim card connection it works.

For the highlighted sentence, do you want to say that:

If the mobile phone(using Digi Portuga SIM) connects to the mobile hotspot of another smartphone, the mobile phone(using Digi Portuga SIM) can also access TC65.

Moreover, did you use the Tapo App to remotely view and manage TC65?

Have you tried restarting both the mobile phone, the security camera, as well as the MR500, once to see whether it helps?
