I searched various places in the community.

ISP Router Replacement Twice
LAN Cable Replacement
Purchase and replace LAN CAT7

Changes to DNS 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4
static IP

 

When the network is disconnected, all wired and wireless devices are disconnected.

There is no LED change when the network is disconnected.

 

I did a test other than this, but eventually the internet was cut off.

We tested it for a month, but it wasn't solved.

The call center is talking about weird things.

 

Please help me.

May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

ISP router—BE450)))((( client devices

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

 

Is the ISP router BE450? Or is it a different router? What is the operation mode for the BE450? Access Point mode or Wireless router mode?

 

When the network drops, please connect a PC directly to your ISP modem/ISP router to verify if your ISP's Internet is stable.

Also, ensure the Ethernet cable connecting your modem to the Router is properly connected, and replace old wires with new ones.

Network Topology Diagram
ISP router—BE450—Desktop


ISP is an Internet company's rental equipment.
NEC company Aterm BL3000HM model.
And I say it again, I've already had a new device replaced twice.


I did both AP mode & Router mode, but the symptoms are the same.

 

ISP router—Desktop
ISP router—iptime company router device
ISP router—Buffalo company router device
I experimented with the three above, but there was no problem.

 

As mentioned above. I made 2 replacements with a new cable.
